As a spiritual counsellor I offer myself as a friend, a soul friend, who affirms the presence and possibilities of our human destiny, with compassion and gentleness.

Sessions may be held face to face, by phone or Zoom; however me meet I hold a safe, confidential space to explore whatever arises, without judgement, with respect for vulnerability and at a pace that meets the needs of the client.

To clear a space in our lives where we may be still and know that we are loved is the greatest gift we can give ourselves.

Do not try to save the whole world or do anything grandiose.
Instead, create a clearing in the dense forest of your life
and wait there patiently,
until the song that is your life falls into your open cupped hands
and you recognise and greet it.
Only then will you know how to give yourself to this world so worthy of rescue.
